Duraplast P

Duraplast P is a chloride free water reducing admixture based on selected lignosulphonates.

Application:-
General purpose Plasticizer for all types of concrete and mortar.

Dosage & Coverage :-
200 ml Per Bag Of Cement

Features :-
Allows specified strength grades to be met at reduced cement content or increased workability.

Water reduction significantly improves compressive strengths at all ages and enhances durability through the production of low permeability concrete.

Duraplast SP

Duraplast SP is a High Range Water Reducing Super Plasticizer based on naphthalene formaldehyde.

20 Ltr, 200 Ltr.

Application:-
For Superior Slump Retention and strength in high grade concrete.

Dosage & Coverage :-
0.5 to 1.5% by weight of cement

Features :-
High Water Reduction: Enables up to 20–25% reduction in water content while maintaining workability, leading to stronger and denser concrete.

Improved workability: Enhances flow characteristics of concrete,
making it ideal for heavily reinforced or complex formwork without compromising strength.

Duraplast RSP

Duraplast RSP is a Retarding superplasticiser that improves workability and retains slump in hot conditions.

Application:-
For production of concrete with slump retention & high strength.

Dosage & Coverage :-
1 to 2% By weight of cement

Features :-
Extended Slump Retention: Maintains workability and slump of concrete for a longer duration, especially useful in hot weather or during long transit times.

Controlled Setting Time: Delays the initial setting of concrete without affecting ultimate strength, allowing for better placement and finishing.

Duraplast SP430

Duraplast SP430 is a Superplasticiser that enhances strength and workability by reducing water in concrete mixes.

Dosage & Coverage :-
0.6% to 0.8% depending on mix design and desired properties
